Meet Kathy…

Kathleen M. Richards has served on the Board of the Enterline Foundation for 16 years and has been involved in the granting of nearly $4 Million to the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled population.  Additionally, her work with the Foundation includes the Once Again Program which provides employment opportunities weekly for members of the IDD population and organizing and attending multiple events that the Foundation sponsors. 

During her work career, Kathy was involved in event planning and administrative management for multiple companies including Bailey Controls, Process and Machinery Controls and Molex.  Kathy also spent several years working in the legal community and county government offices.

Currently, Kathy is office manager for Vulcan Holdings, Inc. and in addition to her time spent on Foundation activities, she is very involved with her 4 grandchildren.
