    This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on The Enterline Foundation website:  www.enterlinefoundation.org,  including but not limited to webinar and other event registrations, newsletter registrations, and requests for information on The Enterline Foundation products and services. The types of information we collect include names (individuals and business names), physical/mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  3. The Way We Use the Information We Collect
    We use the information you provide about yourself through our website to contact you regarding the specific reason you submitted your information, such as to send webinar and event announcements, to send your our newsletter, and to respond to your request for additional information on The Enterline Foundation products and services. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent to which it is required by law for the protection of our legal rights.

    Google Analytics
    The Enterline Foundation website, www.enterlinefoundation.org, uses Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information as well as details regarding visitor behavior patterns. We use this to learn facts about our website, such as the number of visitors to particular pages of the website, the content they are reading, and where they are spending time on our website. The information collected is always processed in a way that will not identify visitors. We do not make attempts to discover the identities of our website visitors, nor do we allow Google to attempt to learn the identities of our website visitors.

    Mailing Lists
    We do collect personal information when you register to receive email communication (newsletters, announcements, etc.) from The Enterline Foundation. We use the information collected for multiple reasons, such as to answer questions you have asked us; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional info; to confirm our records are correct, and to check in once in a while to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. We do not, and never will, sell, rent, or trade our email lists with other organizations or businesses.

    We use Mailchimp to deliver our newsletters and other email communication. Through this platform, we gather information regarding email open rates and clicks using industry-standard technologies, which help us monitor and improve our newsletters to help us deliver content you want to read. Grant Applications

We utilize Wufoo, a secure online form builder, to collect and manage the information you provide when applying for grants. This tool allows us to efficiently gather and organize the data necessary for grant submissions, ensuring that your application details are handled with care. Please be assured that the information collected through Wufoo is subject to strict privacy measures, and we only use it for the purposes of processing and evaluating your grant applications. By submitting your contact information to The Enterline Foundation, either by form submission, email, written letter, or verbally, you are authorizing that we may add you to our email distribution list. The Enterline Foundation maintains this site (the “Site”) for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication. Please feel free to browse the Site.
