Grant report

Failure to submit a complete evaluation report by March 1 of the following year may make the Grantee ineligible to receive grants from the Foundation in future years. Grant funds are intended to be expended within one (1) year. If the Grantee does not spend the Grant funds within the specified time, the Grantee must submit a written request for an extension. The Foundation will notify the Grantee of its decision regarding the extension on a timely basis.
